  • RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys
    Designed for modern properties in reasonable condition, a RICS Level 2 Home Survey provides a clear overview of the building’s visible condition, highlighting key defects, risks, and maintenance issues, with practical guidance to help inform your purchase.

  • RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
    Recommended for older, altered, or non-traditional properties, a RICS Level 3 Building Survey offers a detailed assessment of construction and condition, identifying defects and potential issues, with clear advice on repairs, priorities, and further investigations.

     

  • Party Wall Surveying
    Party Wall services are provided under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and include Notices, Schedules of Condition, and Awards where required. The aim is to protect both owners and help the process proceed clearly, proportionately, and without unnecessary conflict.​
